Can I negotiate a my rental deposit from 6 weeks to 4 weeks near an estate agent? The flat is unfurnished.?
Im getting a clean flat and the deposit they want is 6 weeks which is huge. Considering its unfurnished could I negotiate the estate agent to 4 weeks. Are they flexible next to things similar to that?
