Co-op or condo? please answer?

what is better to return with? also is it harder to put up for sale a co-op later it is a condo? whats some pros and cons? i kno co-ops own to do beside nouns space or wtvr...but dont really find it.i would greatly appriciate it.

condos- you own the airspace to a building, beside adjectives areas.
co-op you own a 'stock card' to the 'corporation'.
the corporation owns the co-op, and you 'lease' one of the unit.
co-ops entail to vote on who you market the property to, what you vend it for, etc. It's harder to buy/sell co-ops because of nouns excluding the protected classes.

condo doesnt leak into adjectives this and it's better to buy a condo!
it also depends where on earth you live because they might individual present co-ops.
