Has anyone deal beside a company call Capital Access out of Vallego, CA?

They "were" a company that helped us stay contained by our home when it was contained by forclosure. What happened be they found an investor to buy our home. Then we had the opportunity at the finish of a two year term to buy it fund, using this two years to improve our credit by renting us the house at a discounted rate. Well, they enjoy gone out of business.The investor is being forclosed on presently,and another property management company have bought it and now requests money.but they haven't been competent to prove they bought it by showing some kind of achievement to us. The worst part? When Capital Access bought the house they bought at the appraised plus, about $100,000 more than we owed, said they would hold it within a trust account to earn interest and at the terminate of the two year term - afford it back. HA! They stole the equity from us - in the order of $100,000, and i heard the owner fled the country. We thought we be doing a good article we were terrified to lose our house ... Now we're screwed. Any suggestions on what to do?


Answers:    These scams are rampant, and if you really signed ownership of your house over to some company, you are screwed. My suggestion is to find a different place to live, you own been scammed within a very greedy, hurtful method.
if you signed papers that showed you agreed to this i would start looking for apartments. i am truly sorry though it sounds like this investor took authority of the situation
