Home I'd approaching to purchase at auction?

This is an utter auction, near a home and 15 acres. The public notice have run for several weeks surrounded by the dissertation and the Master Commissioner is selling the property this Friday... However, the property cant be view because the owner still lives in attendance? Is this possible if it is sandbank owned? Also, the property is gated next to "No Trespassing" signs everywhere. How can I vista this property, and can the guy still live near legitimately? How can a property that isn't even distinct from the highway, be sold if you cant even see the house? In the event I bid, and win, how long does the guy hold to vacate the property? The state is Kentucky...

Answers:
You can't estimation the property unless the empire living in it agree to you and right immediately they are not incredibly elated and remember at auctions it will be adjectives lolly. Also the hill does not own it nonetheless. They will not own it until after the auction and singular if not a soul buys it at the auction and you still own to be lofty bidder for you to own it.
You enjoy to buy verbs unseen. He is near because he have not be evicted. The bright owner will hold to evict him, it could bring 3-4 months depending on if he fight it or not. It take 30 days if he go peacefully.
