Housing rates of appreciation?

Where can I find current statistics on national rates of appreciation for houses? Both on the national plane and on the state rank. I would close to to compare states against states and see how that compares locally. Any minister to would be appreciated. Thanks.

I find my rates of appreciation from the University of Washington RE research dept on stripe but they lone cover Washington state countys and forget zillow they don't know anything.
