We want to buy a up to date build and own some question?
We hold see a contemporary house we would similar to to buy and the builders want lb500 to reserve a plot consequently 10% of the total 5 weeks latter (lb24000). Is this regular procedure? If the Dutch auction on our existing house hasn't gone through by next, how would be the best route to angle the income? What recommendation would culture enjoy more or less where on earth to live between seling our current home and our unknown one one finished?

I guess it depends on the constraint within your nouns == for example, if it's Central London, a house for lb240,500 seem a pious barter & so I guess the builder can draw from away beside his demands ..
To nouns it you will enjoy to carry a Mortgage on it .. problem is (of course) that the Mortgage Company is going to want to see some work done first :-)
I assume you would be buying 'bad plan' (and that the planning concurrence have already be granted ?) .. even so, I would not expect your first recompense to be made untill the foundations own be built .. but as I read out, if the emergency is in attendance, after they can seize away near it ...
What's other a problem is that once a builder have some of your money, the pressure to do work on your property evaporates .. and up to date builds are scandalous for running over rota ..
If you vend up your existing house to provide the nouns, you will involve to consider where on earth you are going to live for the year or two it take to complete the build ..
24000 seem similar to an awful lot to be paying a builder..I presume its one of the national builders resourcefully competent to afford to hold smaller number of a deposit?...I would try and go and get the buyer of your house to own as behind entry date as possible, if not sufficiently expert the possibly taking a short permanent status rent/lease or stay near a relative and put your stuff into storage. best of luck!
