i bought a condo within a different state than my current residency site. the concrete estate agent have help me find someone to rent it out to. my problem is that, it have be 12 days since she moved in but she keep postponing paying the ending month rent. finally she payed partly of the closing months rent and is asking for an added hours of daylight for the rest of it. what should i do?
Answers:
