Apartment Rental Costs?
I'm planning to start renting an apartment in Massachusetts in the subsequent couple of months. I am a first time renter and I be wondering what the extra costs would be above the cost of rent. Costs such as electricity, gas, river, cable, apartment/condo fees, etc.
If anyone is renting and could endow with me a breakdown of their costs, or even a short time ago consent to me know what other costs I can expect, that would be great. Thank you.
I plan on renting a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment if that help.

Well I live surrounded by Texas, so I am not sure how much my numbers would be accurate to compare. But here is our approximate monthly expenses for a 2 bed 2 hip bath apartment:
Electric: $250 (everything is electric, no gas)
Water/Trash: $45
Cable and Internet combined: $100
Phone: $40
Pet rent: $15
I mull over you can soundly bet on around $300-$400 over rent respectively month for other utility expenses, but obviously you must remember that I live within Texas and our nouns conditioner runs a LOT, lol. Hope that help a bit...
Move in is usually the expensive subdivision ,
1st month , concluding month and wellbeing deposit .
PLUS the deposits at respectively of the utility places .
After that it is purely the rent , utilities and luxuries resembling cable !
FYI - look for an apartment that includes utilities if possible . Gas in the winter will be EXPENSIVE otherwise !
