Me & my hubby claim housing benefit,so does da residence agreement 4 da house we live contained by hav 2 b within amalgamated name?
A few weeks ago, me and my hubby separated and he moved out from the house we were living within together with the two kids. I have to inform the council of this change as we be receiving housing benefit together, and the woman told me I would have to distribute them a copy of the new possession agreement with my identify only on it. So I get the landlord to modify the ten.agr. with my describe only on it. Last week, we both arranged to get together again and so I informed the council again but this time they didnt ask for a copy of the topical agreement with both our name on it. They've just amended it on the system and told me I be entitled to the full housing allowance again. So now i've lately left the tenure agreement with my describe only on it still.
Today I received a reminder from my landlord reminding me it be time to get the ten. agr renewed again and she also desires to increase the rent. i am quite ecstatic for her to increase it but im just wondering when i receive the unusual agreement with the unknown rent...
Answers: Send everything to the council and stop worrying. You pay thier wages so tolerate them sort it out.

unlike the 2nd poster,you do not pay envelope the council wages as you are on benefits and they pay for you!! I suggest you sort your problems out beside your husband,both get job and pay your own rent resembling the rest of us.These posts make me livid and net me think in that is no hope for the UK when so many relatives have your attitude to the country owing you a living.

To the asker who politely told me I was lucky to own a job,I have'nt get a job!I am 64 and a pensioner on lb90.34 a week,my husband is not retired and pays the amount of my income in excise and ni stamp every week,so in effect,I seize nothing we do'nt settle for! I am disabled but not on benefits as I do'nt feel I am totally helpless(although I can singular walk a few steps formerly being out of breath)I own COPD a degenerative disease and not good.I do however work 3 mornings a week for a charity helping elder people as a volunteer because I would die of boredom stuck contained by the house all time doing nothing!It also make me feel needed and adjectives,something I doubt you feel !I see you are not disabled plenty to have children and pick up your benefits!!

its high time relatives who are claiming started to have more ambitions contained by life, wheres your sense of pride??
i reflect on you and your husband should make a pact to stay together and inform the council of your circumstances, it may give the impression of being like its becoming adjectives complicated but that's what lifes about, frozen work!
