Real estate query?

I just saw my dream home for one and the same price I could sell my home for. We only just bought it in 2005 contained by a rural area within Ohio. Housing market sucks right in a minute. How does that work if I wanted to buy this other house and vend mine? What if it doesnt sell? Should I merely forget about it?

Answers:    Best leeway is to contact three local realtors. Ask each of them to prepare a BPO (broker's price opinion). Then, you'll hold the information you need to manufacture the decision concerning selling your current home.
If you price your home realistically, and can still make adequate to buy the other house, you should consider doing it. Spring is coming and that is a time when the marketplace sees a surge contained by activity.
the fastest method "could be" to offer
a trade to the home owner who
owns your DREAM home.

or...find the watertight lot and
build your dream home [not a smart
idea economically as homes can
be bought for 1/4th the cost
to build!]
You should forget around it unless you can qualify and carry both mortgages for an undetermined time of time. You're thinking is akin to someone shooting craps in Vegas while self absolutely sure they'll win. You won't. If you really desire/need another home, provide your current home and then find the subsequent home of your dreams. Otherwise, you could be the next statistic on the national word.
