Why did the sea bill spring?
I live contained by a house explicitly seperated into two apts, my boyfriend and I moved in May. We enjoy a kitchen sink, toilet, bathroom sink,and a shower. No Tub. The ethnic group below us hold a toilet obviously, bedroom sink, bathroom sink, and a bath tub also a showerhead on it too.
Well the innkeeper is truism the river bill jump and kinda getting on us for it. The personage who lived here earlier us lived alone, besides her cat. lol. She said the wet bill have go from 30 a month to 55. Any view why? as expected it seem to be our denounce? But the female downstairs once mentioned to us she does resembling to steal baths. Could something be leak? Wouldn't we know? We don't use much river. No washer dryer or dishwasher, purely regular brushing teeth, wash hand, doing dishes, and a shower once a hours of daylight for the two of us. What could grounds this? Why are we the ones to blame? perchance the girl beforehand us didn't shower that much? or use sea? is 55 a month usual for 4 culture or not? any suggustions.

I would check everywhere for drippy faucets. Also, a running toilet will clear your wet bill skip observably.
Also, if you enjoy an outside hose, product sure you turn the spout sour.
I would say aloud that everything wishes to be checked for leak or drips, hopfully that solves the problem.
She may hold a trickle somewhere! Also, the hose down dept. may be overbilling her. Give her this suggestion and be polite.
The single biggest exact (in my experience as a landlord) of dignified hose down bills is the toilet, the stamp may be worn, something take caught on the seal
I don't know what your sea rates are but $55 a month doesn't seem to be high-ranking to me
