How can we buy a house on one income specifically tremendously modest?

Here is our situation...we are renting now and live surrounded by a 1200 sq. foot 3 bedroom townhome. We don't have a underground store or garage and we have four kids!! Too small here and when we have our wonderful surprise baby number 4...very well we knew we would enjoy to move. I will be homeschooling and do not work. My hubby works full time, has great retirement bunch and leave time but the rate is low. We need and want to own our own home. We never owned a house and do not know what to do despite adjectives of the things we have read . Help?


Answers:    Depends on where on earth you live & what the market is surrounded by your area. You might a short time ago look for a house that can meet some of our criteria and can be fixed up as you can afford it.
