I moved into a shitty room in a frat house because I have no option on the fifth payed 460, and 225. A hundred fifty is refundable, but I couldn't stand it and purely found a brand new place. If you signed a lease, later you are legitimately obligated to fulfill what the lease say; however, would they really sue over such a small amount. Another "depends" is the state you're surrounded by and if the college have any read out over it. More importantly than adjectives of that, though, is your relationship beside the frat--can you be excommunicated for moving out or breaking the lease?
If you didn't grant proper sense you will most promising be responsible for another months rent.
