I am trying to rent but I hold a future eviction. I own a court date for hasty Sept. and I'm within the last

When I come home the subsequent daytime in attendance be a observe on my door sayng that they have started the eviction procedures due to them not person competent to rob a check after the 5th of the month. I be not aware of this very soon they want the full rent, behind schedule fees, and in attendance attorney fees surrounded by command to stop the eviction. While I haven't technicaly be evicted and I entail to start looking for an apartment immediately what do I put on my applications for rental (prior eviction or not). Since I haven't technically be evicted but and if I voice no to prior eviction is that a pull the wool over your eyes? I purely don't want here to be any problems next to the subsequent ancestors who I rent beside and since my lease is up I requirement to be figureing out be I'll be moving to subsequent. Also, what can I expect to wage to settle the eviction matter?
