I am renting-i want to replace my oven w/ a clean one i get but my lndlrd is wise saying no.is this inside my rights?
i will hang on to the stove the house come next to and put it rear legs when i move out. its a short time ago that it doesnt work economically at adjectives and i found a dutiful one on mart. he saw me stale loading it and be close to "im not sure i want you doing that"..so, newly wondering if i be inside my rights to do this. i put down a deposit, so if any twist accurs during the swap he would hold that.
