I found a fine place but its a condo. The care fees are rightly sensible, solitary 160 monthly and the nouns is located. The just problem is that It have 1 bathroom which doesnt isnt so fitting for resale meaning and eventually my fiance and I want to own at most minuscule 2 dogs. I am wondering whether this is a honest investment , so any opinion would be appreciated.
