if you determine your roommate is crazy, and eventually get tired of walking around on eggshells, as adjectives her previous tenants hold, isn't it just best that you merely sacrafice, make the move, give somebody a lift a loss on the costs to do this, and just acquire outta there? if its going to surface sooner or later, let just grasp on with this.
