Which state is the best to close a loan in?
We are currently wanting to refiance our home to buy another property and when innards out the paperwork they asked which state, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minn, or Wisconsin, we required to close within. What is the difference?

(You can do mail-out closings or catch a courtesy closing if you live in another state, but the primary title company have to be contained by like state as the house.) Unless the company is using a notary through a closing company, the closing must help yourself to place within the state where on earth the property is located. It may be that the lender is licensed with the sole purpose within those states mentioned.
