Why is it, everywhere I step, they are building hundreds and hundreds of clean flats? And all the same...?

Ok, so this is a bit of a na"ive rant on my cut, and sorry for that, but inevitability to find this out of my system!
It seem to me that every futile space contained by this country (UK), (particularly city centres), is man bombarded beside more building sites for unmarked flats.
Have I be dreaming adjectives my go; and imagined adjectives those homeless citizens? Have those reports more or less prospective first time buyers, struggling to seize on the property stepladder adjectives be lies?
It also occur to me that the one and only ancestors who can in actual fact afford to buy these flats, are those who already own a home and want a weekend getaway property, occasional wad closer to work, or, want to variety even more dosh by renting them out to those who can’t afford to buy.Why can’t these ‘empty spaces’ be used for more practical purposes? Help those who don’t enjoy a home, or can’t win a home due to prices. There’s loads of things they could build, why don't they?

Not comparatively sure if this is a interrogate or a moan :) but...

Yes here are lots and lots and lots of latest flats contained by city centre, its slice of a trend which started within the 90's of a revival of urban living, as its become expressly attractive to younger citizens who do not call for a nice relations house within the suburbs.

As beside most things in duration, the apology they are man made so much is because of money. Developers know they will know how to go them, at a pretty tidy profit - especially if they are redevloping feeble / brownfield sites.

They could build other things - but they wouldn't take home as much / any money. This is powerfully evidenced by the reality that copious cities presently stipulate that exotic flats own to enjoy a percentage of space allocated to retail - much of which ends up one empty, because in that simply isn't like sort of emergency.

They are not cheap - and definitely not suitable for homeless those, and of questionable efficacy for first time buyers. A lot of the constraint / prices are mortal inflated (as you intimate) by the buy-to-let flea market, as they hold judicious rental returns. However, the bazaar is characteristically unreliable (relatively speaking) in language of equity returns - near are copious stories of associates buying bad plan just to find that a valuation upon moving in reveals it have already lost worth. The problem mortal that what is spanking new presently, can look slightly dated within two years time markedly as at hand is a countless stock of up to date builds coming onto the open market - and it is a marketplace particularly reliant on self as modern as possible.

Hope this help focus your moan a bit more :)
I agree near you but adjectives these builders only just see the money signs surrounded by in attendance eyes and wont more and more.
Because it may hold escaped your distinguish that we hold a housing crisis here country- its call date the emergency.
have u even wonder why two homosapeans (mis-spelt!!) can create so much of havoc in the quality?
