Seriously, I don't want to self-promote here, but we are a hugely very well established mortgage company (in the top 10 U.S. mortgage companies and the largest online mortgage company).
I do want to touch on a few points other reader enjoy said:

Ask around. Find a own flesh and blood or friend that have used someone back and see how the experience go.
Quicken is legit and I know ancestors hold used them minus complaint. However, internet lenders will not know in the order of loan programs surrounded by your nouns.
