I rent an apartment, and the renter upstairs have a problem beside a dishwasher (don't ask, I don't bring it). She flooded her apartment, but most of the wet come right down into my apartment, risky the walls and the ceiling. The drywall in my kitchen come down.
My tenant have said he will give somebody a lift perfectionism of things, but what prerequisite is he below, and what am I entitled to? He will obligation to slash down, drywall, sand and paint. Will I entail to rate rent while construction is going on?
