They're doing massive construction in my buidling. The front, the garage, the balcony, etc. They start at 8am right until 4pm. I am a shift worker and I start at 4pm and I come homer midnight. This construction is terribly loud. Imagine 5 dump trucks in your living room. A lot of inhabitants are complaining in my building. So I be thinking of writing a communication to the manager. Is it possible to gain a rent contraction from this?
Oh and this will be going on until mid-December.
