What to extend on a sandbank owned home?

I want to buy a ridge owned home. Currently they hold the home planned at $144,900, I spoke to my realtor and she advise me that if it be her she would not submit more than $110,000. The hoem is contained by great shape, latest roof, window etc.

What would you proffer, I am trying to maintain my payments below $1,000 a month and can afford to put 20% down.

The hoem have be on the marketplace for around 2 weeks. And is located within Dearborn Heights, MI 48127

been here & done this. 1st find out the sev, do home comparisons in nouns... w/ & w/o realtor, find out how long sandbank have owned home...[ is it from foreclosure etc ] & find out the actual appraisal & consequently do comparisons. also, presenting lower bid should cost nil & you hold zilch to lose but to settle on if you want to adopt a counter volunteer if guard does this. & no business how angelic a home looks, or adjectives the current improvemnent, achieve a home inspection by upright licensened inspector, & possibly ask for warranty to be included if you do the purchase. & yes, I am familar near nouns & purely did similar transaction 8 months ago.
banks are pretty set on the price especially impulsive on, put together what ever propose you saturate comfortable making but if it is approach below the list price at this point do not be surprise if they do not counter
