My book expires 9/20/07 and I would close to to rent my house out starting October 1st. Should I distribute anything to my current Realtor earlier the book expires to agree to him know I won't be renewing the contract? Does an expired encyclopaedia automatically anticipate my house is no longer on the bazaar or do I own to do something else for that too?
