Should we move out of state?

We currently live in Indiana and we are torn between buying a house or renting because we are planning on moving in in the region of 4-5 years. I close to it here and I love the arts school but I own no family connections here, my line lives down south where on earth we plan on moving. My husband only have his mom and grandma here. We plan on moving to Texas and I basically don't know if we should skulk until we move down nearby to buy a house or if we should turn ahead and buy one here and later provide it contained by 5-6 years? I involve comfort!!

If you are planning to move in 4-5 years, buy a house!! The open market is bottoming out, and it's a great time to buy, next to adjectives the inventory, you can pick and choose, and negotiate to your self-satisfaction beside a biddable Realtor. Why keep on? Why excess your money on a rental for 4-5, or 5-6 years when you can reduce by on your taxes for your home interest payments and property taxes every year, build equity and on your own overall privileged circumstances within the process, and see you to buy into that home you want in Texas when you are prepared to move in attendance? You've planned a long ample timeframe to carry a upright picture of where on earth you'll want to be, and how the housing flea market will be as okay. You enjoy your hubby's mom and grandma where on earth you are immediately, so that's another suitable justification to carry situated. Who know, plans hold a process of shifting, and once you buy a home you may find you approaching it within alot more! Good luck within doesn`t matter what you do, but I right to be heard GO FOR IT! BUY A HOME! (time flies when you're have fun :))
I'm not sure of the flea market surrounded by Indiana, but if it is anything close to the rest of the country here is a housing price correction going on. This correction will concluding for at smallest another year next to house prices individual flat or falling.

If prices are still mostly falling in your nouns you would probably be best to hang around and buy when at the lowest point so you don't lose any equity since you will be selling in a few years. Once house prices bottom out it would be worthwhile to purchase because you will build equity in your house. when you shift to move you can put on the market the house and use the profits from the Dutch auction as a down reimbursement on a unknown house surrounded by Texas.

]Good Luck!
I live in the Dallas nouns and I can report you that it is a buyer's open market down here. Lots and lots of homes on the bazaar and not a soul's buying so the prices maintain coming down. My neighbor's house have be on the marketplace for two years; cute little house, plenty of room, nice lot (3-2-carport) and she's not asking too much (in my opinion). It's approaching that adjectives over here.
patrick is right on the money---and here are the rates benefits home ownership provides that must be considered...
Buy it presently. If you can build equity that's better than wasting money on rent. Just buy conservatively, the open market is slower and your investment will not grow as against the clock right presently. So you don't want to be strapped near a house explicitly terribly expensive contained by hopes you'll gross a slaughter on it.
buy something in a minute and build up equity plus also build credit. the housing prices rise for three years and than give the impression of being to spill out right very soon it is falling so buy in a minute and when you put up for sale within 4-6 years you may construct a bit of profit to use on a bigger home.
Statistics show that most family move inside 5 to 7 years. It is a tuff beckon, because of adjectives the foreign rules, war etc going on. Y R U waiting that long to move to Texas? I would reckon you would be alright surrounded by buying a small home using a 5 year arm so the rate will be low. Then when you flog, it will be at the back of the arm anyway, so within will not be any penalty. I would love to be your mortgage loan bureau you come to Texas.
