30 days make out... what do i voice??
im trying to numeral out how to write my 30 days identify for our apartment complex... i lately cant surmise of how to word it right and what i should influence contained by it... someone please lend a hand!
also, its the 5th today and we want to be out at lowest possible by the run out of the month... our rent be usually due on the 1st and since technically 30 days after the 5th will be october 5th, would we owe octobers rent too?
anyone who know anything that would sustain out would be greatly appreciated!! gratefulness within mortgage!

We are giving you our awareness of intent to vacate the premises located at(put your address in here).
We plan on anyone fully moved out of our apartment and own vacate the premises by September 30,2007.If we hold not moved out by October could you please pro-rate are rent for the time we are still in that.
This will confer you a deep-seated view...As far as the October rent go you would not enjoy to pay packet unless you are still nearby for that month and any time,even if for a week they can charge you a payment.. They cant charge you for the unbroken month if you are not going to be living near..
The date I put within are freshly for example you can put within any date you have need of too... I would also explain around the short perceive only just stating that you enjoy found another place that meet your financial requests, personal wishes or doesn`t matter what your reasoning is for moving.

just communicate him the truth that any you want a house or you found somewhere closer etc etc. your rent will most probable be due because you stayed near thirty days
