my dad sold house contained by cali w/out really have it transfered properly, and the arrive be rented and the deposite be according to the company lost after if that not desperate satisfactory, he give the dude the work to the house and told them to verbs the action himself. afterwards 2day we go to the dude, for the deposite we never recieved support, turns out they didn't place a deposite so can't hold it final and later the entity it be sold to didn't switch the title, and sold it w/out switching the property to him later to the untried inhabitants. This be within merced county, cali.
I only just want to know our option or what to do, HELP!

You requirement to find out who notarized the document that took your dad past its sell-by date title. Or you can phone up the title company that did the transaction and ask for the tie up of title. If that doesn't work contact your district attorney and inform him of what happen. Kinda sounds resembling a scam of some sort. GOOD LUCK!!
