If you are a First time buyer approaching you say-so you are. you may know how to qualify for a no down payoff type of loan. Look up FHA home loans or first time buyers programs within your community, city, or state. and see what programs are out near for you. past you sign any documents ask a legitimate estate advisor and own them stir over the a mixture of programs that are out nearby for you. Good Luck!!
u can buy a trailor for 30,000 or achieve somone to find the loan for you, read out a relative or neighbor
With 30,000 I would not consider it would be a problem purchasing a house.
you will enjoy no problem next to that downpayment. you will not requirement the credit history. own you looked into loans ? spoken to a personal investor ? not sure where on earth you plan to buy , but you hold ten percent down pay-out on a 300 K house.

if you are buying a house for 150 K , you own 20 percent downpayment next to your money you hold save.

most family do not even put 5 percent down on a house. 20 percent is almost satisfactory to put you into the no question asked/ no documentation type of mortgages.

progress out and shop for the best loan / rates. compare. don't rob first one offered.

obedient luck.
