Co-op or condo?

what is better to carry? also is it harder to get rid of a co-op later it is a condo? whats some pros and cons? i kno co-ops enjoy to do next to nouns space or wtvr...but dont really gain it.i would greatly appriciate it.

Condos are individually owned. Co-ops are owned as a community and everyone in the building owns a percentage (like stock). Co-ops are harder to find financing for. Co-ops are more popular in New York. http://www.choicefinance.net/
