I enjoy mold issues within my house, and my innkeeper refuse to do anything almost it. There are other issues.?

I hold a damp and wet underground store that have cause mold to grow surrounded by my underground store. I also hold a problem near mold growing in my shower. There is a standing stench specifically coming from aft the wall contained by my shower. I in actual fact pulled a white entity out of the wall that looked approaching a fungus. It be growing from a exceedingly small hole by the shower. My Landlord refuse to address the issue. He stated that he will embezzle guardianship of the foundation which is falling apart in the pay for of the house and the rainfall gutter to prevent moisture. It have be that method or a yearHe also stated that he be not going to thieve contemplation of the mold. It wasn't his responsibility. I stated that I was going to withold his rent..and he threatened to enjoy my wages garnish and to evict us. There are other problems near the house that are electrical. My neighbor have sparks coming from a switch in the crypt when she turns it on. On my side of the double block...we step through desk light bulbs continuously. What are my rights?

As a innkeeper myself I do know that some of the things which you mentioned cause the house substandard. Write a notification to your manager requesting repair of adjectives of the disrepair. He is a slum lord and desires to be deal near properly. Report him, ask if you can withhold rent rightfully and later share them how he threatened you. It is his house, not yours. Go to your local County form department or housing department. They HAVE to fix that they can't will mold surrounded by in attendance.. The best entry to do is transport them a certified note stating the mold and such .. So if it go to court you enjoy PROOF that you told them around it!
But yes holding rent is never a devout piece to threaten!

Go buy a dehumidifier and verbs the mold near bleach. Check your local landlord/tenant law previously you withhold rent...as it may be evil surrounded by your nouns short going through the proper procedures.
If you are in Australia you can apply to Victoria Civil and Administrative Tribunal for him to fix it or local one is your state. He have to fix it. You want to put it contained by writting to him though and he have 14 days to fix it. But you cannot hold the rent.
