Well she call me the daytime past she sent me the deposit and rent and asked if they could earnings the pet deposit next.
I told her NO we needed it immediately.
Well when I received the rent and deposit it be minus the pet deposit of $300.
She call me that daytime and asked if we received the check... i told her yes! but, It be short $300... she said oh. I am sorry... We will convey it to you...
Its be over a month... NO PET DEPOSIT... She have 4 cats...
What should I do?
