Bought house contained by September 05, partly is wooded stop. Looked at the subdivision plat and it states a 10 foot drainage easement on the final of the property and it is not tabled on my survey. What do I do to find this fixed? Also the property curves according to the survey and the house stakes are surrounded by a straight string. But the rebar is on the curve.
