We signed a contract 18 months ago and give $2500 for deposit on a rent to own house. We loved the house, and the proprietor said the neighbors be nice and have never have any problems near them up to that time. I realize that within the contract we signed, the deposit is non refundable. Neighbors hold stolen things from us, someone spray painted the mailbox , and the other neighbors are prying, they christen the county for ANYTHING.
