...if within be a website where on earth you could rate landlords? Then when ppl be looking for a place they could look up their rating and it'd buoy landlords to be better to catch a better rating! But in that'd be problems beside potential libel if ppl could a moment ago diss away freely I guess, but it'd be handy dontcha reason!?
