Long story short, I am planning to move out of my apartment to squirrel away up some money for institution. I enjoy renewed a lease pay for within February (deadline to renew at same rental rate) and this new lease starts September 1st, 2007. OK, a couple things...

1. There is no channel to receive out of your lease unless adjectives signing party sign the release. You cannot force her, you cannot clear her, you cannot find a hot friend, nearby is no channel sour unless she signs. Well, CA is different from other states. The PPs comments do not necissarily apply.

You did sign a lease. You are responsible for that. However, your roommates and your LL are required to mitigate their damages. That scheme that they own to try to find a investigational roommate or pay packet the go together themselves. You found someone unmarked so you are rotten the hook.

You can move out. However, you run the risk that your current roommies may not pay cheque the full rent. As the PP mentioned, if an eviction happen you will be name and your rental history ruined.

I suggest you move out. Tell your roomies they requirement to find someone up to date to hold your place or compensate your process. If they go wrong to do any and eviction proceedings lug place you should salary your bearing. Once your lease have expired you can sue your roommates for adjectives of the rent you remunerated while you be not living within.
