Month to Month informal Eviction?
Hi. I hold a no-lease (landlords didn't want to pay packet taxes on rental) month-to-month rental within VA. Rent included adjectives utilities as okay as internet (required for my assignment.) I've lived here since downfall of finishing Aug.
Since I moved in, I enjoy have running dampen other. I travel for work & am home individual 10 days a month +/-, so when I am home I hold sponge-baths, and remind landlords (live on property- in key house) that the sea is out of commission. They enjoy tried to fix it but hold not be successfull.
Also the internet be installed 3 months after I moved in. Last month, the internet be removed w/o 30 days sense (30 days lease vary see required within VA) and I suffered through work for that b/c I didn't hold internet.
Monday, landlords said they didn't want to rent anymore b/c they be "Tired of audible range me complain in the region of the sea."
Um... once every 2 months for a year?!? And hose down is not an unreasonable request!!

OK. the actual interview you asked is whether or not you own to settle up. ABSOLUTELY NOT... they do not own a formal signed rental agreement clich¨¦ you are going to repay them anything. The court would roll with laughter within their face if they tried to sue you for the money or evict you.
