can I choose the individual base on their lifestyle and my comfort even? What I plan is if I be to rent them a total apartment, I can't turn them down for their lifestyle as long as their credit is dutiful. - But, if they are going to be living in alike house and me contained by the subsequent room, is it unsanctioned to choose soemone base on things that would directly affect me? I am a lacto-vegetarian, I don't want somenoe cooking meat in the kictchen they will share near me, I don't want someone who will throw abandoned party or like to drink everyday, or tramp around surrounded by underwear, etc... would that be iffy to turn them down?
