The Orlando Realtor is incorrect. Zillow and BofA do NOT verbs the ASSESSED values, BofA pulls ACTUAL SOLD PRICES (even shows you the sates sold) Here within FL the assessed values are across the world LOWER than what the convenience of the home is. In other states similar to NC, the assessed values are typically spot on and markedly close to what the souk values are.
