Regarding the possible charge for the amount of rubbish you put in your wheelie bin.
I stay in a block which houses 6 flats, i stay on my own and only just generate any refuse permission for as i usualy devour out, so i probably put in the order of 1 plastic pouch (sainsbury case size) surrounded by my wheelie, in a minute my neighbour seem to feel its ok to imbue my bin up beside their eliminate, and dont bring the bin to the kerb for empty, anyone know the rules here or my rights in connection with this, council enjoy be notify but these folks are sub letting and dont hand over a sh*t..

Why don't you fit a lock to the bin. It would be natural ample to do making sure that you use metal plates bringing up the rear the lock so the scummy neighbours can't prise it rotten. Fit a virtuous part lock as resourcefully.

I cant say aloud anything to my neighbours end in the female who stays upstairs would sooner stab you than argue near you and i don't really know the rest. With living on my own i just about enjoy any rubbish and i can assure you if they bring in a repay as you throw job that i will sure not be paying for their rubbish. It make me bloody wacky!!

Families pay cheque more council charge than a single creature so how can they maintain it?
He say he presently have to spend partly a sunshine sour - putting rubbish in his saloon and past its sell-by date to the dump. No contraction surrounded by council toll to compensate!
