Landlord not fixing ac in az?
This is our second time asking our tenant to fix the heavens conditioning in our 4 bedroom house, the first time he refuse to cover the upper air ducts surrounded by the recommended mode the ac tech advise, he a moment ago unsophisticatedly laid a blanket over the heavens duct. Our electricity bill is sky lofty and our thermostat is set to 68 degree, it read 80 as the room heat, hold on to contained by mind it is 113 degree outside. Even the tech said that the ducts werent connected to dependable rooms, so vitally the upper air is going into the attic or outside...We asked again to own someone come out to look at it, he doesnt want to detail us what is wrong, he say dont verbs something like it, what rights do we hold as far as compensation or breaking our lease due to negligence?

Do you enjoy a written report from the AC company as to what the problem is? If not, phone call an AC company out and bring back a written report along near an estimate to fix the problem.
Then transport your hotelier a certified message, return taking, requesting he embezzle attention of the AC that you own reported to him twice. Enclose a copy of the AC company report and estimate.

Arizona does require the tenant to maintain the AC within honest working condition.
He is a slum lord! Report him to Housing Authorities for the State of AZ. It is a vigour and sanctuary sacrilege. Good luck!
Double check your lease and the law surrounded by AZ. I know contained by FL the directive states that landlords must provide average HEAT for a house, but it states NOTHING going on for AC.
