can property be levy for income export tax? or is it merely property taxes?
If so, will the taxing agency attempt to collect through wage withholding first or will they try to protected the property first? is a lien on the property the closing attempt to collect or their first?
say aloud someone works for a payroll company and constantly get levy levy from state and federal agencies and this soul know that within is no course the agency will be capable of collect from the wages on this creature. could this personality doing the payroll afterwards turn around and type of enjoy "insider information" on a potential upcoming property rates lien?
I'd assume this could probably be illicit but it be of late a thought that occur to me.

Property cannot be levy for income charge deficiency...Tax lien certificate are one and only available on property taxes.
As the previous poster stated, insider information will probably not back when tariff lien investing. The state will hold the public auction on a particular date, and beforehand that, it is public familiarity that a toll lien is on the property. This is their mode of "leveling the playing field" and it allows them to bring the best accord on their rates lien properties (ie. lowest interest rate bid, etc.)
