What's the best method to create an online group and share information amongst the member?
I want to create a group on solid estate agents so we can share lead, opportunity and bazaar information. A blog won't do it, facebook won't any, and an email alias/group here is no approach to track information confidently...and creating or bulding an app from chisel doesn't gross much sense any. There have to be an onlin service that can facilitate me bring back at hand.

We do own our own server, obviously, but we hold several sub-contractors that we don't want to pass server access to, and this works great.
