I lately have a valuer value my ex-council property. When I spoke to him he said he valued it at just about lb14,000 below the open market plus. Now feedback I am getting is that the valuer valued it at 0. How on loam is this possible? Even if the property is contained by such a fruitless state, how can it be valued at 0?
