What's your preferred source for detailed material estate facts?
I'm looking for generous databases of address-specific mart amounts and date for both residental and commercial properties. Preferably, the background is within a spreadsheet or other format that can be electronically sorted or manipulate. I'm not averse to paying a modest amount for the information. Can I achieve multiple states from your source? How just about market outside of the USA?
Answers:
There are a few "public record" databases available through the a mixture of title companies (First Amercian, Stewart, etc.) that will provide you beside key property notes (sale prices, date, lot sizes, physical attributes, etc.) for properties state (reidata, metroscan, etc.)
Depending on what you involve (details) most sources can be downloaded and import into excel. I've used both the REIdata and Metroscan in my marketplace (Las Vegas) next to devout results. Smaller market are set. Many larger metro areas own public dictation information online for most properties.
The larger title companies are also worldwide, next to resources outside the USA.
If your in the valid estate pasture you should be capable of find to some extent confidently. If your not surrounded by the area next it would be much harder to procure legal list. Think outside the box, you hold the resources if you are surrounded by unadulterated estate/
