Does a short public sale affect your credit at adjectives if you are not unpaid when the transaction is completed?

yes it will but not as desperate as a foreclosure unless you can put on the market the house for more than the mortgage and cover adjectives of the costs by yourself. Or if you seize a lower price for the home and you come up next to the difference at closing you are fine as economically
