after renting my apartment here for one month the landlords are selling it. my apartment is connected to 2 other businesses. the relator a short time ago showed up near no preventive and looked-for to show the place surrounded by 15 minutes as i be walking my puppy. my place be a complete mess (a lot of things we have need of to put into storage) and within be no route i could receive it done contained by that time. so i told him that he couldn't show the place since it be a wreck and i involve to hold 24 hours make out (which is the decree and stated surrounded by my lease). i consistency desperate in a minute cuz he told me he traveled some distance away, but i also own dogs that would probably terrify the crap out of them if i weren't home and they fixed to come. he also know that i lived surrounded by the apartment above because he asked if i be the tenant living in the apartment.

If it be me I would phone call your tenant and communicate him you are sorry the realtor couldn't show the property (be sincere, don't be trite) but the realtor didn't offer you adequate identify and you didn't construe that he (your landlord) would enjoy required you to show the place when it be a mess, because consequently the relations viewing wouldn't be fundamentally impressed. Also mention you hadn't had time to thieve charge of your dogs and you didn't want them bark at the potential purchasers and scare them away.
