Real Estate encyclopaedia placed on MLS be wrong, cost me time contained by selling , time sensitive?

We bought a different home , and hold smaller quantity than 120 days to put on the market our existing home.Our fact list agent be also the selling agent that we bought from.(New home)They accidentally scheduled our home as a TRIPLEX on the MLS. The realtor purely call and I pointed out the error. Realtor apologized and said no call hold come within , we should lower the price.
