Have you signed the lease? It's not a contract until you do, you hold nought to achieve out of. You may forfeit your application fees, but at smallest you will be free of them.
Sounds to me approaching you do not hold a court lease and you should not payment or shift vertebrae
don't move in to the place and report to the manager that you hold contracted not to give somebody a lift the place.
Just tramp away, and consent to them chase you.
hopefully you didn't sign a lease. you should never sign a lease until the year of you moving in. Even still at the time of signing the lease, they should enjoy given you key.

as far as your co-signer, if both party signed the lease later to be exact a non issue,

Everything you are aphorism should hold be deal near prior to signing a lease.

Anyway, that can't charge you for the entire month, if they aren't letting you move in to the 16th. You may involve to hire an attorney to obtain you out of this mess
