What is the dieffernace among an apartment, condo, and townhouse?
Just curious as I look to buy one.

an apt and a condo are equal article near regard to the sqft. ---what differenates them is the upgrades.granite countertops, travertine floors, upgraded faucets, ss appliances etc.
a townhouse is a two story (or more) component. I hold lived within a three story---the first floor be the 2 motor garage next to the foyer' entry that lef to a staircase to the subsequent landing --which be the living nouns and kitchen, dining, and two powderooms and a staircase to the upper lever next to bedrooms, baths, laundry, etc.
most townhomes are 2 story.
