Hello. Before I signed my lease I told my tenant everything up front. He know I am pregnant, he know my lease ends at my old-fashioned apt on matching daylight I move into my unusual apt, and he know I would hold furniture deliver the year the lease started.
My lease beside him starts tomorrow. He never told me the prorated rate for this month so I did the math myself and guessed. He never told me if I rewarded enough/too much. He never returned my phone call on when I can pick up key, and today his cell phone is only just turned past its sell-by date and go right to voicemail.
When he showed the apt, the soul who lived near didn't prudence satisfactory to verbs it and produce it look nice to show. So I am worried he won't verbs it when he leaves, any. Take pictures! You can sue the innkeeper for the expense it take you to hold the apartment in position (much resembling the track other landlords try to stick it to tenant moving out). I am sure your movers will be merry to remove the furniture existing in the property for an extra payment.
Or, I suggest you look for another apartment to move into. You can other attain your deposit rear from the first proprietor if you never move surrounded by.

Even if it take storage for your things and a motel for a couple of days. Or you could donate to move what might be in attendance, or verbs, again document everything you do and convey him a bill. I would also record a complaint beside the city as to his business practices. They hold a close eye on landlords and can brand his natural life miserable.
